- Ingredient amounts, from the supplement facts label rather than marketing claims
- Allergen and dietary information (vegan, vegetarian, allergen-containing ingredients), checked against the actual label
- Guarantee terms and return policy, as stated by the brand
Updates and corrections
Supplement pricing, formulas, and promotions change. We periodically re-check our review pages against current brand information and update anything that’s changed. If a reader flags something as wrong or outdated, we check it and correct it.
Comparisons
Where we compare a product against alternatives, we aim to represent each option’s genuine strengths and trade-offs, not just the ones that favour whichever product we’re reviewing.
